I would say there’s the highway noise, but it’s downtown and the whole city is an echo chamber so if neighbor noise is already concern I would stay out of the city. No matter where you go expect to pay anywhere from $120 - $200 month for parking.
It is one of the very few with a covered garage attached for $200/month. Biggest downside is that road gets closed occasionally for huge events and can be a hassle. Has rooftop amenities as well being an 11 story building. If you can get an apartment on the south side you get to enjoy the Kentucky skyline over the river and even watch fireworks from your place.
